It now appears that production cannot cope with the demand for the cakes. Hari ini kami menjual Tembosa, Karipap Telur, Sadin, Puteri2 Sebilik dan Lepat Pisang. Disamping itu juga we sold some Tart Nenas and Makmur. I was pleasantly surprised to see people buying our Raya cakes just based on KweMwe integrity and quality of our products. Production have yet to fulfill the kuih muih that we require, I hope to be able to sell some Lopis, Pulut Gugus and in couple of days and our Kuih Kasui and Lompang.
A few customers have asked for Laksa and Soto, inquiring when we are going to have it on the menu. For Laksa it is definitely on Saturday and Sunday cos the preparation is going to take a bit more time. Tomorrow we are having Soto on the menu and already some customers have asked us to reserve a few packets for them. There is one gentlemen who even wanted more Bergedil so we are also having fried Bergedil as a side menu. In other words if you would like to buy just the Bergedil well you can have it tomorrow.
Despite leaving my tent at the site there was a car blocking my business site. A lady just park the car there and went to the shops to buy something and took her own sweet time doing it. Thats life huh!
Oh ye! Leaflets yang kami edarkan sudah menunjukkan hasil. Besok ada seorang pelanggan berbangsa Cina memesan 40 kuih Puteri dan pada hari Kamis dia jugak mahu 50 Puteri dan akan datang ke rumah saya mengambilnya. Nowadays it is the small things that makes me happy. Happiness is when you see your flyers works.......huhu! Sape sangka ek!
